Terms of Service

1. The service

agentdebt.ai ("agentdebt", "we") audits AI-agent configurations you submit — system prompts, tool definitions, and traces — and returns a ranked list of likely problems with suggested fixes. The findings are informational suggestions, not guarantees; you are responsible for reviewing and applying any changes.

2. Accounts

You need an account to run audits. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. Provide an accurate address.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Plans are billed monthly and renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing you authorize recurring charges through our payment processor. Each plan includes a monthly audit quota that resets each billing cycle and does not roll over. You can cancel anytime; access continues through the end of the current paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit unlawful content, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, circumvent usage limits, or resell access without permission.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the configurations you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your audit results. We do not retain submitted configurations after the audit is returned (see the Privacy Policy).

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that findings are complete, accurate, or fit for any particular purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
